Ultimate chaos waiters are fantastic fun! Daryl and Dave are from Australia. They are unclean, noisey, clumsy and very funny.

They don't spill drinks on people or mess with the food and its all fun to watch as they work with the waiting staff who are there for real.

We drove to Bristol to do a Birthday Party for Colin

or it could of been Clive ( no i think it was Craig) nope thinking back now it was Simon... any who... we where at this dead posh place in Bristol (Clifton) where the staff there spoke right special, it was invitation only... you would be surprised how many people don't bring there invitaion and there parking was rubbish....

We had a interweb electronic thank you mail from the booker (she is a she and she is called Sue)

I’d like to thank you for such a wonderful performance on Saturday night.  Those that got the joke thought it was hilarious and those that didn’t get it…well some of them are still in the dark more than 48 hours later!  Birthday boy Chris & I get new laughs every day as more & more of our friends relate back to us their encounters with the OTT security guys and wacky waiters – fantastic.  My only regret is that we didn’t have some of it on camera to watch again – but I guess there is a limit to how much one should embarrass people!

Thanks so much for your creativity and imagination – you’re a great team.

I hope you had fun doing it too.
